Not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. This building was built in 1919 and served as the maternity hospital at that time. It was lovingly converted into apartments and retains that old home charm. The location can’t be beat as you can walk to town and the river. Close to all the best of Bend but quiet and peaceful at the same time. You have the apartment to yourself. There are 5 other tenants in the building. Off street parking is available in the covered carport behind the home. There are restrictions on street parking depending on time of year. I am available by phone and text. You really don’t need your car to access town, the Old Mill, local shops, restaurants or bars. The river is across the street where you can enjoy the many festivals or pick up the shuttle to float the river. Parking is available off the street for one vehicle.  With the spiral staircase this apartment is not suitable for young children or those who may have mobility issues. To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted.
